Bernardo Winery

Bernardo Winery, nestled in the quaint town of Rancho Bernardo, just a a couple miles off the 15 Freeway, is the oldest continuously operating Winery in Southern California. Family owned and operated since 1927, the winery is still fully functioning and producing wines with San Diego grapes as it has been for over 100 years. Varietals include Syrah, Petite Sirah, Malbec, Merlot, Sangiovese, Albarino and Chardonnay to name a few. Besides a tasting room with daily wine tasting, The winery grounds are home to over a dozen unique shops and artisan galleries as well private event areas for every occasion. the rustic architecture, gardens and antique equipment at the winery also make it a unique trip back in time into California ranch and wine-making history.
